The Zanesville-Muskingum County Port Authority has experienced declining finances in recent years. Executive Director Mike Jacoby discusses what the organization is doing to respond. The Interstate 70 billboard at left is is one of several marketing attempts advertising Zanesville as a site for shale business, Along with the billboard, the authority is using SEO, advertising in trade publications, email marketing and created a separate Shale Play link on its website.
