Chamber study aimed at economic development enhancement

This article describes efforts by Cobb County Georgia to develop a new economic development strategy and model.   WIth the assistance of Market Street Services, it is believed to be similar to the effort in nearby Gwinnett County, There, econmic development services are delivered through Partnership Gwinnett, a special division of the Gwinnett Chamber that handles economic development there and has six full-time employees.
