industries play well on the national economic development stage, a
Richmond-based expert said Friday.
Unfortunately, every community in America is competing for the
same projects, and those that aren’t prepared to act quickly will be
left behind, said Christopher Lloyd, an infrastructure and economic
development specialist with McGuire Woods.
Lloyd shared his comments at the Central Virginia
Partnership for Economic Development’s annual meeting. Dozens of local
